Refunds are possible within 14 days of recieving payment. After 14 days a refund is no longer possible.

Please email us first at info[at]stephaniehamer[dot]com to receive instructions on the return before shipping back to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Customer is responsible for their own shipping costs upon returning products to Stephanie Hamer Studio. 

For all international shipments, Stephanie Hamer Studio uses Our delivery services are Hermes, DHL or UPS. We also provide shipping to Packstation (within Germany) via DHL. international services. Due to the daily fluctuation in exchange rates, all price quotes will be given in Euros (€) only.

Stephanie Hamer Studio is not responsible for any additional customs, duties, taxes, or broker fees, nor any return shipping. All such charges are the responsibility of the receiver.

You will receive a confirmation email from us as soon as we have received your payment.
Please note that the payment confirmation you receive from Paypal or from your credit card institute does not automatically imply that we have already received your payment.
